The Company provides a full range of services in the Russian stock exchange market. The company has its own depositary carrying out account and storage of property rights and securities.

Brokerage:

The company renders services on on-line trading in shares and bonds in the Moscow Interbank Stock Exchange through such exchange trading systems as Netinvtstor and Transaq. The following tools are at the customers’ service: personal traders and sales managers, analytical reviews and consultations, marginal trade and REPO-transactions.

Trust Management:

The company accepts for management cash assets as well as share holdings providing a wide range of management strategies. The management strategies are focused on generating income for clients at an optimal level of risk and profitability adjustment.

Basic Management Strategies:

Conservative. The conservative strategy aims at providing clients with the income based on coupon payments on corporate bonds of Russian issuers. The conservative strategy portfolio consists of up to 80% of corporate bonds and up to 20% of first echelon shares.

Balanced. The balanced strategy implies equal volume of investments in corporate bonds and shares. And up to 20 percent of a share portfolio can be formed of second echelon shares.

Branch. The branch strategy is based on the issuers’ shares belonging to one or several branches of the national economy which are considered most profitable for a certain period of time by the trust manager. The components of the branch strategy can be changed during the management period to secure the increase of income for the client.

Aggressive. The aggressive strategy is focused on getting a maximum possible income for the client while investing in first and second echelon shares in the Russian stock market at a considerably high level of risk.

Client’s Personal Strategy. The client’s personal strategy is made up on the client’s personal insights and investment preferences combined with the management elements aimed at increasing profitability of the given strategy. Up to 70 percent of the portfolio is formed out of the assets indicated by the client.
